Grilled bacon

So I threw some bacon on the grill following a recipe that amounted to "Pre-heat to 300oF -> add bacon -> wait until done", and while it's not bad at all, it's just not my cup of tea. I don't really like crispy bacon, and this makes perfectly crispy bacon, so if that's your thing I'm sure you'd enjoy it, but for me I just didn't like it. The flavor was on point, but I think next time I'd do it in a cast iron on the grill rather than directly on the racks, as I like a softer cut of bacon.
