Food poisoning

Ugh, I don't know what did it but I've been on the cusp of throwing up all day and I've been fatigued. Nothing else is wrong with me aside from that so I assume I ate something bad. I feel like I have to burp but I can't.

my stomac is also not fine.I dont know why i go to washroom three times in the morning.

That's like every time I get sick and it's gay as fuck because I end up going to work all day then throwing up like 10 minutes after I get home. The last time I had just barely enough time to get high, threw up for like an hour and a half straight, then would start again every time I was even close to falling asleep.
