Can regular members attach pictures?

I think I might have fixed it. It was set to a high overall amount, but a low per-file size

Any pictures. I think the size limit for pictures on here is 200KB. Modern pictures are pretty large considering. If you take a pic, like I often do, you have to edit it down to 200KB before it will be allowed by the NewTotse software.
