I'm hoping to be wrung up like a wet towel by the end of it today.

There's been a lot of things on my mind that have been troubling me. Things I'm having trouble letting go of or just not thinking about.

Hopefully I sort myself out or at least figure somethings out today.

I'm going to do more acid tonight. Just 200 μg. I'm going to take it with some seroquel to subdue the effects.

To my knowledge, with LSD, redosing can be done after 7 days with no effects of tolerance.

With psilocybin mushrooms, it's 5 days?

I'm not sure. Maybe I'm mixing the two substances up.

Anyways, I slept through the night mostly. Woke up maybe twice? Had a cigarette and glass of water both times.

Had some strange dreams. They were positive dreams; but strange. Was marveling at the kaleidoscope when I woke up. It's all forgotten now.

My mood is decent today. I woke up feeling well-rested, relaxed, and ready-to-go. I guess that's what happens after an uplifting night.

It's been about 3.5 hours since I woke up. Trying to stay positive now. Just trying to stay positive. Life settles back in really quick and there's a lot of things in my life that make me want to cry.

Makes me wonder if LSD has the same hangsiety effect as booze does. All that dopamine from the night before is replaced with a hang over and it feels like you're about to lose your mind.

Hell yeah, it's kind of cool though in a way. 4-aco-dmt has a weird after-glow too

I always feel squirmy. In fact when I'm under the influence of LSD I feel squirmy. Almost as if all my joints are limbered up and lubricated and it's easier to move. It makes stretching more fun and enjoyable for me.

I've never tried 4-aco-dmt. Only ever done n,n-dmt.
