People who don't get the "whole picture"
I was browsing Facebook this morning and people are bitching because Starbucks is giving away paid sick leave because "They should have been doing that all along". Like, no the fuck they shouldn't have. Why do kids think they're entitled to a paid day off!?

Having had a job before I can say that when someone goes about being hired somewhere they are given paperwork that lists everything their jobs provide. Accepting said job means they also accept what does and does not come with it. Starbucks now giving paid sick days is just growth. Hopefully more companies will do that same so long as people do not abuse the system

Thats why I think most places make it so you have to work there for a certain amount of time before you can have paid sick days. That way they have time to learn to value their job before they can decide whether or not to abuse the system.
