For shits and giggles I decided to check my strut mounts because they seemed awfully stretched for such a part. All you need is a 7/8ths socket, an impact, and a couple jack stands. Raise both sides of the vehicle, removes tires, remove strut mount nut, stand on the lower control arm and the mount (kinda) drops right out. On mine the sway bar just BARELY gave it enough room to drop. Like, I had to still tap the mount out with a hammer, but mine were also upside down, so that might have a lot to do with it.
