Seems like a solid idea. Use a bit of braided wire to attach a handle and weight at the end and you got yourself a potent weapon. Anyone have any experience with something like this?

No idea. Maybe there's mechanisms in it that hold the whip in place or maybe it has something to do with grip? It's a little expensive for me to just impulse buy.

It would be cool to modify one to fit inside a small enough package that you could electrify the probe on it. Imagine getting whipped AND electrocuted

Yeah that's kind of what I'm picturing, but maybe not as floppy as a whip.
