Due to (nearly) complete system failure I was forced to basically re-do the entire server, and after two days of the site being offline I finally broke down and started paying for hosting. I think the end result will be much better, as now the up-time of the site isn't determined by my server-tending schedule.


Some things will take a while to get back up and running, and some things will be lost like the original pic server and the handful of wiki entries that I made. Sorry. The posts (aka the important part) are still here, so it's a lose-win.

Wiki is back online, the BBS is back up other than the side bars, which I wasn't a fan of after the new update, so those will probably stay down for now. The Totse Archive is currently being re-uploaded, and once the dust settles I'll start getting other things back up, like the pic server.

How much are you paying per year for the servers to be up?

Around $40. Once traffic picks up I'm sure the cost will become pretty high.

I would look into some sort of crypto donation if it ever gets too expensive. BAT i think would be good for that.

I feel like the community hasn't been big enough to warrant donations/ads since Zoklet.
