In the past few years there was a pretty massive document dump of FOIA (freedom of information act) documents. When I say massive I mean massive, 12 million pages of stuff. Much of it is just junk with no context. Every once in a while you come across some stuff that they believed in enough to experiment with. Remote viewing, chi, aliens, and most recently UFOs. Go ahead and give it a look at random and see if you find anything good.

I think I remember this. Just did a few keyword searches for "Totse", "Zoklet" and my home town "Red Wing, MN" but nothing real juicy came up.

Kind of reminds me of the JFK report that was recently released where everyone was sure they'd find tons of juicy conspiracy shit, just to end up with a fairly mundane assassination report lol
