New Totse

I got a few styles up, one that needs some work yet, got the 'Recent Topics' bar back up, and have a couple semi-regulars. Once I finish these extra styles I can move on to phase 2, which is decide what to do with all the old Totse text files. I figure I can either host them, let them float around in infamy, or start converting the archive.
