I was thinking about it this morning. See, I don't brush my mouth right away in the morning, simply because it makes more sense for me to wait until after I'm done drinking coffee. The problem with this is, I also snore a lot at night, so I occasionally wake up with a film in my mouth. Well, this morning the layer had an overpoweringly dry feel to it, so I just brushed my tongue off with a clean toothebrush, and that got me thinking: Why not make a special toothpaste specifically for doing a pallet cleanse?

Because there is no need for one.
They had to make up a problem to sell mouthwash.

How isn't there a need for one? You don't sometimes want to have a clean mouth without obnoxious mint or other overpowering flavors ruining everything you drink for the next hour?

Also, the fact you don't use mouthwash is disgusting.

I have to get tooth paste without SLS, sodium laureth sulfate. I have sensitive mouth parts and if I use tooth paste with SLS in it, I will get ulcers on the insides of my mouth. Cankers to be exact. I had them for years until I figured this out.

Is that harder to find?

Not really, it's usually in the fancy organic section. But if you're going from numbers, yes. It's harder to find SLS free tooth paste.

Huh, that's pretty cool. I've often wondered if toothpaste isn't a scam. I brushed literally after every meal and it just made shit worse.

it is but isnt, cuz not every body has the same mouth chemistry , if you use tooth picks and keep plaque off your teeth your pretty much good,,,diet plays a big role im sure too
