Paying Fines Online in Wisconsin

The process has became extremely efficient since the last time I had a ticket to pay. Granted, I slept on it too long and got the fine sent to collections, so I had to wait until I created an account and the system added the debt to my account, but once it was on I did a direct-debit and the money was out within 24 hours.
I'm hoping that since the money came out of my account at like 12:04am that that is the only reason the DOT website hasn't updated the info to show that it's paid. Either way I have confirmation letters and such showing that, yes, I sent the Department of Revenue money
