Capping your own pills

At the suggestion of Kingoffrogs, I decided to get this 100 cap pill capper to try out. I've tried pill capping before by hand and boy howdy is it a pain in the ass. He suggested the https://www.herbaffair.com/products/...capsule-filler .Not the cheapest capper I've seen but not out of my price range, just make sure to get the right empty caps to match the capper. First lets talk about the directions, toss them in the fucking trash and watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DaCp_CIePrg . It will make more sense than the directions. After you get it set up, separate your tops and bottoms so you can easily load. This might take some time if you have a big bag but its worth it in the long run. After that follow what the video shows you to get it done.

When I finally pressed the tops home, I heard a crunch. Fuck, I thought. I just broke something or a bunch of pills just crushed at the same time. Turns out, the longjack (the filler) was just very granular and made the noise. After that you just take off the top and shake them out, 100 pills at a time. Your best bet is to do it in a pan or dish so your caps don't go rolling off and you can collect any powder you've dropped. This methodology can be used to fill your pills with any number of substances.

DId you have to individually place the capsule ends in the slots? I did for about 50% of the pills, the other half i was able to shake in.

P.S. - Sometimes, the capsules will not be completely closed, so you'll have to press them manually with your fingers. it takes 2 mintues, well worth it imho

Most I was able to shake in, the others I did manually. They all capped just fine when I pressed them down.
