Hooked it up on the grill today by making smoked salmon for the adults, and a smoked sausage for the kids. The salmon has a lot of really good flavor considering I only seasoned with some sort of honey based rub, and the sausage had a really good, dry, smokey flavor. Only part of the meal I screwed up on was the potatoes because apparently it takes over 5 hours for potatoes to bake on the grill despite literally every guide available on the internet only saying 2 hours.
