I am sick and fucking tired of spending 5 minutes poking around a bin full of bags of onions searching out the one that looks the least disgusting and inedible, then get home and start to peel and cut it just to find out the motherfucker is all rotted out inside.

Fuck it, I'm taking them back tomorrow. I'm sick of food distributors treating us, the consumers, like shit.

Grow 'em. That's what I'm going to do, because I run into the issue where I'll find great onions and they fucking rot like 2 days after I get them home. It pisses me off because onions and potatoes are supposed to last like 3 months if stored properly and we're getting like a week tops.

You could always just forage them. Wild onions are a weed in the spring and summer time, you've probably seen them. Just make sure to know what you're picking so you don't pick the Death Cama. Death Camas lack the onion smell. I used to pick them all the time.
