this is the most important part, if you want to exercise, read, love and so on you must know what hurts you and what makes you improve: both your health and mental, we must extract core reasoning of such, and improve on reasoning, this may vary for some people, if you want to improvise (IM) there is always ways to improve practicing and the world around you, think of long term as a challenge of self gardening your own flowers
Short goal: Self love and confidence
Long term: Practice challenging reasoning, and improve your focus by focusing on one thing for periods of time
Example of Long term: Meditate, challenge, focus on a hobby
intelligence: There is some misconception of intelligence about how to improve intelligence, i will provide my way of improving intelligence, understand how your brain works and improve on the areas one by one
Long term goal: confusing and complex way of solving such and so, Practice how you think of such and improve it, Puzzles are not enough as they’re pretty weak compared to practicing, Now how do you practice? Everytime you think, try thinking hard, complex and quick about confusing of so and so, you’ll get used to it and improve, now once you improved on quickness you’ll need to focus on correct answers, confidence is a key, don’t let anyone or yourself destroy it, once you get used to the confusing, now the details, this is late goal and i recommend you start on this after you finish quick and complex thinking part

The whole: the body is a delicate plate of dish, make sure you don’t fuck it up, physical capabilities of the body is interesting and you must improve it as the other areas improve as well, slight difference but worth the parts
Short goal: start exercising everyday, and let yourself rest after every workout, lest you fuck it up and have a tear in your muscle after a workout, don’t push yourself too hard, you must know your limits
long goal: start to increase weights every 3 days and rests, if you can’t keep up, add time to your liking, and focus on muscles and improving health by dieting or any examples, focus on the health improvements of what drinks, supplements and food do
Section 3: The micro-health
Start taking food with vitamins and health benefits, supplements can be good but fruits are more important, avoid fruit drinks as they’re usually full of sugar like apple, but continue on your journey and focus in bettering on the parts of bad area
