I saw some answers online like “put tasks up” and “list some things” there’s no instruction on how to focus so i’ll do it myself, i forgot how to focus but now i’ve relearned it
1: firstly you need to actively do said thing
2: remove all distractions
3: and stay active on said topic or task
Your now focused, focusing is powerful, you instantly forget about time, your memory is more powerful, etc, but how do you know if your inactively doing something?
signs of inactive actions:
1: Not very memorable
2: underperforming
3: you experience more emotions than you used to (specific sign)
every time you focus for however long you focused and are fatigued, you need to take a 5 minute break of relaxing, don’t actively do anything while on break and you should be fine,
