    Noticed when reading an article the layout wasn't 15/70/15 like every other page. I fixed that so now one can navigate the remaining articles from an active page.

    More CSS fixes

    Noticed that on some pages there was no background set for tables making topics unreadable (notably the "Who's online" and "articles" pages), so I narrowed down what was causing it and was able to fix it pretty easily. This should greatly improve the experience of new members.
