    I honestly forgot how dark this book was. I'm a few chapters in and they stumbled across a dead cat, and Moaning Myrtle straight says she was going to kill herself

    Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

    Continuing on with my Harry Potter adventure I started Chamber of Secrets and honestly forgot how quickly J. K. Rowling gets on with it. There was a very short recap of what happened in the last book, and it moved right along into the conflict. Haven't made it past Diagon Alley yet, but am eagerly anticipating revisiting their impromptu trip to Hogwarts
