King Con (Spoilers)

So I've been thinking a lot about this book since I recently finished it, and a couple of plot points stand out to me.

1) How did they get the money into Tommy's car without him noticing? Yeah, Beano caused a distraction to get away from the FBI, but how in the hell did he communicate with the other Bates to put the money in the car, unless it was already planned, which wouldn't have included the distraction and Tommy should have noticed it when he put the certificates into the trunk.

2) How did Beano even start the fire in the first place without being noticed? It just makes no sense.

3) How did they get the money back OUT of Tommy's car? It's never really explained. The way the climax is written they all got the fuck out of Dodge as soon as possible and didn't grab the money.

Bonus annoyance: The least the author could have done was write Beano and Victoria's wedding, her parents' reaction to it, et cetera. Maybe a little afterward about how things turned out. Did Tommy get out and murder Beano? That kind of thing.
