Land is a finite resource and it's only getting fewer and fewer. In places like England, much of the land is owned by rich families and companies. Sure you can buy a small house with a little bit of land but nothing really substantial. My theory is in the next 100 years big companies like Alphabet, Blackrock, ect ect are going to buy and hold land. They're already buying up houses sight unseen. Buy some land and hold onto it. Make damn sure your family members don't sell the land when you get old or die. In 100 years your family will be one of the few who actually have land.
