Re: Amateur rallying.

Road Rallys. Its more about navigation, as you are expected to complete the corse in a time that would mean an average speed of 30mph. If you were to arrive early then time would be added to your...

Re: Switch from fuel-injected to carbureted?

Was it turbo'd? 200hp is alot from any of the boat anchors ford was producing at the time. (Cosworth YB excepted, obviously)

Re: Ariel Atom 300 hp

Getting a car to be uncontrolable at it's limit is easy, in it's early days the atom was incredibly twitchy. While you could theoretically create a car with limits higher than a human's ability to...

Re: LOL @ The Brits

So those that are that way retarded will start killing each other with European, fantasy and middle-eastern style replica swords then?

Re: What vehicle would you pick to drive around the world?

I'd take a Unimog, if there is one thing you can get fixed in the middle of nowhere then its a big old truck.

Re: A look back and critical review on PS2 versus XBOX

I only bought a PS2 because I don't have anywhere to put an Xbox. Although I would have bought one if it was that big aluminium X that they used as a concept. That was just triple cool.

Re: high-beams

Your bulbs will technically wear out quicker if you don't use high beams because your dumb ass won't see the corner and you'll hit a fucking tree.

Only use them when its foggy.

Re: Mercedes, what the hell is the meaning of this?

For cruising at low revs. It would allow you to accelerate smoothly without revving the engine too much. Apparently it has two reverse gears though.

Re: hit and run car accident bullshit

Its up to the driver to sort out insurence, or atleast it is in this country. It sounds to me like you had no idea who you were insured with, which is a little strange.

Re: "Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dea

That article is stupid in more ways than I can possibly argue with. Does the write really believe that a gun is the only thing standing between freedom and a police state?

Re: Any of you guys seen this before?

There was plans to collect naturally occuring hydrogen... at the bottom of part of the arctic ocean that freezes every year and is full of icebergs in the summer. So that is a little unlikely.

Re: Finally made my car decision!

If you are going to carry alot of weight in the back of the truck then the tyres will wear out very quickly. Also if you are fitting lifting suspension then it may not be designed to carry heavy...

If you live in britain the most you can hope for is £30k, unless you are self employed or working in a very specialised area.

Re: What do guys talk about with girls?

I think you should talk about that stuff, sure most women will think you're boring but then when you find one intersted in that stuff then you've found a keeper.

Re: Drive Like A Cop!

This is where you are wrong. Brakes create friction to slow the wheels, if the engine speed and throttle position were to stay constant then so will the amount of torque created but it isn't enough...
