This happen to anyone else?

Sometimes when I close out totse, sometimes other websites, a ton of internet windows pop up, and they dont stop. Closing all of them doesn't stop it, neither does right clicking and selecting "Close Group". The only way to stop it is to bring up the Task Manager and close IEXPLORE.EXE under the processes tab.

What tpye on content is it? Viagra ads, shit like that? Either way from the sounds of it I'd say adware.

Or you could use firefox with NoScript.

What Molosh said is all good. I'm guessing its almost certainly adware too - run all three as sometimes one of them will miss files.

I tried the latest version of ad aware by lavasoft and it really sucks. Quite a shame because it used to be sucha great program. I would go with spy bot.
