Anyone see this? I thought it was a decent movie, but didn't like the "other world" scenes.

Did those two kids ever bone eachother or what?

Also I loved NeverEnding Story, is it compatible to it?

I usually don't like films that are based complete on imagination probably because I never had an imagination but since it had a firm real life ending, made it something I could appreciate.

My little sister rented that movie, I had nothing to do for like 2 hours, so I sat down and watched it. I expected kickass fantasy sequences and amazing special effects, I thought they would actually enter some magical kingdom or something.
It was an alright movie, but I didn't remember big ugly girls making fun of people when I was in 8th grade.

Was that blonde girl the same one from the new willy wonka movie? Violet beauregard, I think. The fuckin bratty blueberry girl. She's probably going to be way hot in like 5 years.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm planning to. I read the book when I was in third grade and really liked it, so I thought it might be rather nostalgic. Anyone know how it compares to the book? Or did they butcher it like most movies made after books?
