Her on top would be better for her, though... She can control the speed, position, everything, and that's good since it won't be entirely pleasant at first.

After the initial fuck or two, just experiment. She'll probably be understanding if it's a little awkward, or uncomfortable... It's both of your first time.

It's a much bigger deal for her then it is for you. She'll be more afraid, and it'll hurt her. So its better to just do regular missionary with her on her back, so you can do most of the work. Be gentle, and go slow. Don't just ram it in there.

I would never rely on any drugs in a situation where I needed to perform. They're too unpredictable. Sometimes, they help, sometimes they hurt. Sometimes you go for hours, sometimes you're done after 2 minutes, sometimes...it just doesn't rise at all.

Missionary would be the optimum first time.
Kiss her for as long as you can beforehand, during and after sex. that will make her wet, show her that you care(hopefully you care) and make her want to do it again.
dont expect a lot of sex the first few days cause she is going to hate life for the first few times.
Bring a lot of lube, you sure as hell dont want a broken condom the first time you fuck.

porn is not real, and it creates unreal expectations.

you will more than likely only last ten seconds your first time, unless you fap right before. it will more than likely hurt her, and she will feel little if any pleasure the first few times.
