Well, it's definiately not harrassment, she responded to everyone of your comments, if she didn't want you to e-mail her, all she had to do was stop replying to your e-mails, she kept it going, so you are in the clear, and it looks like she is running her own con, a personal attorney never contacts you telling of their clients intentions, by law they aren't even allowed to contact you, I would check out the lawyers references, and make sure it's a real lawyer, ask him if ex parte means anything to him, it's latin for "For one Party"
