Practical solution to dealing with those with severe mental disabilities. What would you do if you were, dictator for life? My latest thought it to have them breed and harvest the stem cells from procured fetuses. Or use them for space exploration

I know what I would do! I would make sure to institutionalize all of them, and use them has test subjects. Hell, I'd feed them irradiated food and drink everyday, just to see what it would do to them.

Oh wait, the US government has already done that. They'd still be doing it too if WWII and the Holocaust made eugenics "bad".
