Default Hypocrisy when it comes to anti-trust laws being applied to Microsoft and Apple

Apple makes its own hardware, its own operating system, includes their shitty music player QuickTime for free, sells iPods, and won't allow music purchased at online stores other than iTunes to be used on their iPods; yet I don't see them being prosecuted for anti-competitive behavior.

Meanwhile, Microsoft simply includes Windows Media player for free with their operating system and they're attacked by the European Commission and forced to create a separate version of Windows, without Media Player, which is rejected by the market for the superior version of Windows with Media Player built-in.

Now Apple is suing a company for making PCs, installing Apple's garbage operating system on them, and selling them to consumers at a reasonable price. Why does Apple get away with obvious anti-competitive behavior while Microsoft is forced to sell lower quality products purely for the benefit of its competitors? What is this? Affirmative action for corporations? Apple isn't doing so good, because their products are inferior, so let's unfairly give them an edge over Microsoft?

They buy a CD from Apple for each copy they install.

Definitely a lot of double standards going on.

If anti-trust people actually cared about what they're meant to stand for, they'd be supporting Linux.
