How do different forms of reason overlap?

As many of you know, there are many different forms of reasoning used to come up with a conclusion.(induction, deduction, abduction, comparative, etc.) My question is this: since many of the forms of reasoning have their own weaknesses, what is an example of how two forms would overlap and be used together to come to a valid conclusion?

so you mean to use two or more types of logic to come to make a valid conclusion.

so something like;

all men who touch fire find it to feel hot. (inductive major)
you are a man. (inductive minor)
the last time you touched fire it was hot. (deductive)
all fire you have ever touched has been hot. (deductive infer)
therefore, all fire is hot. (conclusion)

it uses two forms but still supports the conclusion.
