One little day, I was taking a tour of a governent agncy,tellng them I
was doing an article for school. Real dumb reason, but it always works!
Well, wile Iwas tere, I 'bought' some interesting books....Five finger
discount method of course. The fllowin I too from pgs 52-53 of one of
the manuals....
There are most of the police, sheriff, Hghway Ptrol, ad fed codes used
in this entire country. Not all are listed, but the common ones ar. A '/'indicate two different meanings may exist for the same code. So all you
Hams,etc. out thee that ca pick up olice radio, enjoy!. They can't hide
anything from us. Also, if you have foundcodes thatI have notlisted,
please leave me (The Chemist) mail on The Agency, PB&G, and/or Remote
ideout.
Since I firt wrote this file ages ago, I've gotten my hands on some
updates, etc... Evn though *mot* of the coes are valid all over the
country, these did come from Los Angeles, so, esecially outsie of CA, someof the codes might have slightly different meanings. I've also since go a
list of cods for the Missuri Highway Patrol. The codes are listed, then a
dash, then their meaing. If you se a '[BOTH]' the I've found the codes
and the same meanings on the Southern CA. listand the Missourilist. If you
seea [MISS] then I only found it on the Missouri list. If you see noting,
or [CA] theni found them on m California list. Note: I only have the
10-Codes for the MHP (Mss. Highway Pratro).
MHP frequecies: 42.06, 42.12, 42.22, 42.32, 154.695, 154.875, 154.92,
15.475, 155.67, 155.7, 156.15, 453.95, 46.275, 456.475, and 456.525 Mhz.
Missouri Liquor controlis on 154.77 Mhz andthe Missouri Boat Comision
uses 155.595 Mhz.
