Ok, first you need the chemicals, you can get them from a chemical supply house.

sulphur (yellow powdered)

powdered aluminum- alcoa#422 (400 mesh or higher)

potassium chlorate- chunky

MATERIALS

1) pottasium permanganate (KMnO3) find at pharmacy

2) flowers of sulpher (S) find at pharmacy
