Easy production of Sodium Chlorate

This is an easy guide to creating your favourite explosive sodium chlorate.
To produce sodium chlorate you need to electrolysize a salt water in a sealed container. To create a sealed electrolysis cell you will need:
1x 0.5 litre bottle (with screw on lid)

Easily Obtainable Flash Powder

Everyone likes piccilo petes, right? well the powder that makes the whistles is just flash powder that is compacted for a slower burning rate.

All you need to do is buy as many piccilo petes as you want, twist off the plastic base, cut them open long ways, peel the sides apart and retrieve the chunks of flash powder. Do not use the orange crap, it is not flammable at all.
