Used to run a user gallery if you were around for that. Currently organizing and compiling all the &T files and history I can before it disappears. If you have anything you could share, please let me know.

I still talk to firekitty from time to time and she mentioned something that I hadn't thought of, Totse is from a different time all together. We were young people then in an internet that wasn't nearly as serious as it is now. Do you really want to dredge up the past and get people in trouble? If you're looking for just history, I can give you what I know.

I have some stuff if you want it? Just old picture galleries and stuff.

Any old pictures, random screenshots… even interesting history from a mod… etc. But even simple things.

I no longer have Meta’s album downloaded any more for example… but it wasn’t exactly hard to find.

People either grew up to have nice families or trouble with the legal system… and I know neither benefits from some of the very personal or illegal things there being shared widely. I think some stuff should be more publicly available though. I’ve learned things just putting together a detailed timeline… and some comments said off-hand just aren’t true. I wish there was a middle ground between Wikipedia and encyclopedia dramatica’s Totse entries. ED with less dicks, more references.

The history is just interesting to me. For anyone that managed to not blow themselves up or OD, I’m sure this was very formative to a lot of people in a positive way.

I’d love to see a far-too-long documentary about these old forums in the vein of the BBS documentary by Jason Scott.
