Religion and Fear

There is a carcass many years later? Anyway, I know what you mean, dogs stay by their dead for a time also, but I don't know that they grieve necessarily. Back to the point, do you feel many religions (or just christianity?) use fear in order to get people to buy into their doctrine. Many wars have been fought over religion. I don't know a lot about religions, but it is interesting that atheists believe in nature as the answer to life and death.
