Go to google, search warez-bb (its the first result), click register at the top, make an account, login, go to "appz" and it has its own stickied thread, click that, go to page 32 and halfway down you'll find a post by XX123XX, click the link he posted, it will take you to rapidshare, press free, type in the "gotcha" numbers/letters and press download.

Will I get my 10 infraction points?

I agree, really, since warez is one of the only actual crimes that we can conduct by working together here. All the other 'crimes' can remain theoretical.

I'm not sure if violating copyright is an actual crime, like shoplifting a videogame. One is theft and the other is violation of copyright. Piracy is not stealing, as there are no direct victims.

Besides which, totse would not be liable for any incidental use of it's servers for transmission of copyrighted material, according to the DMCA, so long as they remove such material when properly notified by the copyright holders. That's how rapidshare, etc, get away with the things they do.

This is just another instance of a moderator assuming ownership and proprietary responsibility of a forum. Really not cool in my opinion.

It's the moderators discretion what goes on in the forum. Hacks and cracks technically belong in networking, piracy might fit best in bad ideas... If jeff really wants discussions of piracy he could make a new forum for it...

Last time I check no "illegal" files are/have been/being hosted on totse's servers.
Also if your so worried about piracy being illegal and such, how come you have (if I remember correctly) the AACS encryption key in your...(location slot? wtf is that spot called?)

No direct link to any specific torrents, just to the website as a whole.
