If Jesus died for our sins, then why can't we sin?

Well this is how it works. Adam and Eve were the original sinners and caused made all of humanity impossible to get into heaven because they ate the fruit. So when Jesus died for our sin/sins, he opened the gates of heaven and then people were aloud to go into heaven. But we still have the freewill to sin and such.

Well our sins aren't automatically forgiven if you truly are sorry for your sins then you are forgiven but otherwise your not.

My mate's a Xian and he does just about everything a xian isn't supposed to do. When I quiz him about it he just says 'Oh it's ok I'll ask for forgiveness just before i die'.

He is an insult to his god yet he finds the energy to be offended when a Hare Krishna offers him a booklet.
