Technically its "impossible" for something to emerge from nothing. (This includes the Big Bang theory, the gasses and matter came from somewhere, right?) And dont get started on the Steady State theory, because for something to exist for infinity, it would have had to have remained totally unenergized and unmoved. According to physics, the universe is expanding, which suggests a point of beginning.
So, if something comes from nothing, whats to say that a "spirit" didnt come from here. Maybe the base form of existence is consciousness. Consciousness seems to not be a set system of action/reaction like in a closed system, its more like a system where anything can happen (I.E. you can think of anything) and its influenced by some force which you consider to be yourself, but you dont really know.
Im not looking for converts. Im just saying that if there are so many unanswered questions to the universe, to keep your mind open just a bit. I believe an almighty creator IS possible. Maybe God is the concept of existence. Maybe he is a being that does not have free will, because he cannot commit evil.
U were taught that "magical" things like this were impossible. After all, how can something non-physical like "consciousness" exist as some form of energy? Who determines what is possible? Anything is possible, and you cant prove otherwise. If the existence of something from nothing is possible, then I believe God is possible.
Im not sure if I can make you understand this concept, but what Im saying is that nothing determines if something is possible in this universe. Just because you dont understand something doesnt make it any more or less possible, and no matter how far-fetched this idea sounds, its still possible.
