I forget if it was Catholicism, but let's say that small chance happend and there actually was a god. When his angels are holding you up above a giant pit of a fire, asking you "Do you believe in God and accept him as your lord blah blah blah," what would your answer be?
I am sure almost everyone would say yes, since you are hanging about a giant fucking pit of fire. But would it be worth it? To be in the same place Jesus would be. Where there is no satisfaction since everything is perfect.
The only reason we enjoy our free time from our jobs and school is because it is something to look forward to after hard work. When that motivation is gone, pleasure it gone.
And remember, in Heaven, all the interesting people are missing.
