The Ted Haggard Scandal...

It says the man-whore failed the lie detector, but the guy who administered it said he should be retested in a week to make sure it wasn't just all the stress from the press. Ted also admitted to some of the allegations (though they won't specify which ones), and a voice analyst said the voicemails the man-whore had on his machine sounded exactly like Ted.

Of course, most of the church is backing Ted, saying things like "He would never do that!"

It all reminds me of that part of Donnie Darko where they find a kiddy-porn dungeon in that one guy's basement and the teacher admires him so much she just won't believe it's true.

I do have to say I think it would be a terrible thing if the man-whore was lying (and there's no doubt we'll soon find out for sure), but if it's all true...bwahahahahaha!

I think it's funny, because Christians think that they're soo perfect. I don't like how churches force their interpritations on their followers. That's why i'm not such a big Christian anymore. Jesus (supposedly), loves all equally. Even non-believers. He wasn't judgemental. But 80% of Christians are like, "WHAT THE HECK, YOUR BF ISN'T A GOOD CHRISTIAN, HE"S NOT WORTH IT!!!!!"

I don't know any Christian that thinks themselves perfect. If there are some out there, they are deluding themselves. We would not be in need of the salvation Jesus Christ offers if we were perfect.

This is a very sad situation. As a leader of a congregation, he should have had the decency to step down, before he was caught.

He was wrong, and he will answer to God for his actions. Just remember, all men are in need of forgiveness, and all men sin...even pastor's.

He has to do one or the other, thats how priesthood works! You can't have it all people. So which would you prefer him have sex with?

Yeah, now you understand, he was taking the moral high road. And now that this misunderstanding is taken care of you can all return to your mega churches to donate more money, comfortable that you know that it will not be spent on candy for little boys, but instead on meth and male prostitutes.

In the documentary "The Root of All Evil" Richard Dawkins travels the US trying to figure out what makes fundies tick. He ends up interviewing the pastor of this mega-Church in Colorado and pwning the shit out of him. That pastor? Ted Haggard.

I laughed when I heard it. My friend actually went to one of his masses and he said it's the creepiest fucking thing ever. He said something about 'mosh-pit like' moments in it.

His whole congregation seems like they're just fucked in the head.
