Read Deuteronomy or Leviticus, i think its in those 2 books. Its essentially a list of punishments for different sins.

I personally think that if there is a hell, then it would be your own personal worst fear. Otherwise a masochist would fucking love it.

Hell will simply be knowing how much better you could have done. You won't be in agony, but you won't be in the presence of God. You will know how much happier you could have been if only you had made the right choices. It's that which will make it hell for you.
