Is it okay to steal from followers of false religions?

I know about "Thou shalt not steal" but I also know Deuteronomy 23:20 says "You may charge a foreigner interest, but not a brother Israelite, so that the LORD your God may bless you in everything you put your hand to in the land you are entering to possess.".

So it seems different rules apply to how we treat non-Christians.

Today I went to get something to eat at a Muslim owned resturant and I heard this voice telling me that I shouldn't go there because the money probably goes to Hamas or Hezbollah or whatever.

Then the arab guys who work there went in the back while I was eating and I went to get some more napkins which were by the cash register and I noticed the tip-jar.

No one in sight, and it was right there. It was almost like God wanted me to liberate that money from Muslim captivity and bring it into a good Christian home.

I didn't steal it because I remembered the 8th commandment and I left.

So what do you think about this? Is it okay to take from practitioners of false-religions or is this wrong?
