Existance, and what it means to people.

Existance is a big thing, not necesarily "creation" but why we are here, there is a diffrence between these two. I started thinking about this topic while I was going to sleep. And I was thinking about where I have been, who I have met, who I have known, what I have seen, my Experiences.

I have done many jobs; carpentry, photography, bagging groceries, Baristaing, working at a Hookah bar, bumming around, dealing, managing a warehouse, and many other Odd jobs. I can build a bicycle, fix a roof, lay bricks, build a fireplace, a deck, create a beautiful garden. People do amazing things, jobs, and create a lot of diffrent things everyday.

But what do all these things really mean? Nothing really, because only a few people have seen, experienced my or other people creations, work, etc. And that leads me to the next part.

People, we as people experience each other, and events very diffrently, we interpret Data in , and experience feelings many diffrent ways. I guess the problem is, you can't experience a person. I have loved many times, and cared about many people, many of which never knew, or had any idea. I have listened to and told many stories about where I have been, seen, etc.

Do people remember these things? Do people think of me? Do people miss me? or are they glad I have left? Will the people I know now miss me? and do I really miss the people I have left, and have left me?

I would include what I am doing currently, but that does not pertain to this post, although if it comes up, it comes up.

What affect do I have on my own, and other peoples "worlds"? Do I, and can I affect where and what I am going to be doing in 5 years? or will I adapt to my situations, and locations as needed?

Does it really matter?

I think it does.

Most people want to be happy, although that seems to come at a big price now a days. Is freedom really free, or do you have to fight for your right to party, and why can't everyone get along? Money, oil, greed? It's all the same thing really power. Me, I'm not looking for any of those, but I have to have money to live, and as far as progress is concerned, can is con gress? Could there be a point where technology, and society halt on their progress? Maybe.

And what is the point? It dosen't matter wether their is an entity, or not.

We as human beigns need to get together to get something done, finally.

The biggest problem in conflict resolution is getting all the parties involved working towards a unified goal. Until that is done, a completely synergistic society that truly benefits all members equally and unanimously will not be possible.

We humans aren't given a course that can't be strayed from...we're all working towards different ideas of what is right for us as individuals and a collective.

Because we are all seeking our own way through life, I don't think it's going to happen that we come together in some magical ball of happiness and love to do what's truly beneficial for self and whole. We're far too comfortable in each of our own devices to give up what little bit of effort is necessary for working relations on all levels of society to exist. It's easier to drift through life, submitting to every temptation that comes along, submitting only to inner desires instead of making the concessions of time and effort focused into works of kindness, jubilation, creation, and true camaraderie.

It's easier to lie to yourself, than it is to be honest about what really needs to be done for this to all work out. We, as a race, are continuing to walk down a path that multiplies the heralding of gluttonous, greedy goals and 'rewards'. We're not destroying something 'sacred', but we're destroying our chance to continue a long and worthwhile life on this Earth. Our technology is destroying the support beams of life...not too long before the whole house comes down.

Well, I figure "God" has told us all we need to know/survive and has left us up to our own devices. But somewhere along the line, we kinda fucked up and forgot why we were here, It's not really to cause destruction and chaos like we do now, but to enjoy our time with each other here.

I'm not saying whether there is a heaven/hell kinda thing or whether purgatory exists. I am merely saying that maybe, people have forgotten something.

I mean common sense says that god doesn't take sides, and that he probably wants to see everyone prosper, but we have kinda taken it to a new level where god is on both sides, and everyone is fighting for their piece of heaven.

An example is America, not I love America, but we seem to have this "city on the hill" complex where because we are "moral" we are right and because of that God is on our side and we can do whatever the fuck we want. It's not like that. We have to work with other countries, and take care of our own.

I don't know but this whole "army" thing might be starting to get to me. *shrugs*

In order for destruction to exist, it had to be created.

This gave me a new perspective on the 'chicken and the egg' scenario;

It doesn't matter which came first, the fact is that both will have been created and both will be destroyed.

The universe will end, whether or not we get something better (and whether or not we're around to even know) is a matter of 'time'.

What does existence mean to me?

Everything.
