Being in Love

Here are a few of my thoughts. They might sound obvious but I'm relating them to Jesus coz I still think that what he's about is tip top:

Maybe I'm wrong but I get the impression a lot of people lack understanding about what it means to be in love. They automatically associate "being in love" in terms of a relationship between a male and a female.
To be in love with someone means that when you are "with them" you are in love, that is you experience love. Being in a relationship is one of the most effective ways of being in love but you don't necessarily need a member of the opposite sex to be in love. You can be in love with music, meaning when you listen to music it gives you the feeling of love. Shit the inventor of the pencil probably was in love with pencils.
I don't think it can be denied that love is probably the best feeling or state of being that we can experience. So it's better to be in love than to not be in love.
And here is where Jesus comes in. For through spiritual understanding, understanding the love of god (Which is no different from the love of Jesus), that god was everything, and all his other rosey beliefs about life he came to love "everything", for he saw everything as part of the beautiful, intricate, infinite expressions of a loving god.
Jesus was in love with everything, meaning when he was with everything or anything, he felt love. Is this not heaven?
This is the heavenly feeling his teachings are there to help us acheive, His teachings help us to understand how to love our neighbours and even our enemies. It doesn't really matter if your idea of God does exist or not. It is better to love than hate and this is what Jesus teaches. He teaches how to be in love.

Love is a bunch of chemicals being released in your brain to facilitate breeding. Really liking music or whatever has nothing to do with it, people just like to stretch the word because it has that positive feel to it

And if you need a 2000 year old man to tell you how to be a good person, I don't know what to tell you. Especially if the only way to make you a good person is to threaten you with eternal punishment

I'm not not talking about "Being a good person".
A few years ago my thoughts about something were not good enough to release the chemicals you were talking about. Thanks to the new way of thinking that I have, as inspired by Jesus and many other related people, my thought patterns allow these chemicals to be released.

fun things are addictive. Being addictid to something is love. If you have a fun time with a person you get addicted to being in there company, your in love. The sexual love is something different, i can see a hot chick and want to fuck the shit out of her, but absolutly hate every minute of socializing with her. I REALLY enjoy drinking beer, i'm in love with it.

Ow and you cant love everything, its fucking bullshit and your just fooling yourself. Its the goal of buddhist, hippies, and to the OP i guess but you'll never achieve it. To do so you have to sit in your backyard smoking pot EVERY day all day stairing at the sky. Even then it will be hard, because you will hate running out of food, good luck embrasing and loving starving to death.

Hate, injustice, and war are just different ways of expressing love.

Everything, is by no means, limited in anyway shape, form, or color.

Maybe through the filter of love you see anger , hate and war in a different light.

To illustrate what I mean, someone can say something to you which, if you were stressy and influenced by fear you may receive it negatively and take offense to it, but if you were feeling relaxed and influenced by love you would take it positively and playfully.

Life seen through loving eyes is very different than life seen through fearful eyes.
