I have come up with a theory that emerges evolution and creationism, I

Hello.

I am writing this from a Muslim point of view, how ever, please don't take it as in insult towards any other religion.

I think that the all of the three primary religions which believe in creationism believe that we all have a sole, and that one God created us.

How ever, I have found no evidence in the Quran that we were created as physical objects, one of Islam's most important causes to make humans more peaceful (thus less animal-like?).

My theory is this; maybe we were created as metaphysical soles, and we simply possessed the bodies of evolved apes?

And maybe religion was a way to sort of test our willings, and see if we're powerful enough to reverse this process? a way to make us more metaphysical and sole-centered rather than physically enslaved animals?

It's a simple theory, which is why I am sure it has many flaws, any input you have towards this specific subject would be highly appreciated, thanks.
