You make God seem like such a wanker, like He's sitting up there with a cattle prod just dripping with anticipation for the moment he gets to zap our asses straight to hell...

LIGHTEN UP already, being a Christian and believing in God shouldn't make you such killjoys. It should make you HAPPY! There are some pretty fuckin cool aspects of being a believer that you seem to have forgotten... Some of the bullocks you guys spread, geezus, instead of encouraging these guys and giving them the TRUTH you just damn them to hell... how do you sleep at night?

Easy and comfortably. As I tell whomever of God and tell them what happens if they deny Him who hath created all. And whatever happens after that is usually brought on by their ignorance and contempt and unbelief and my low tolerance to attacks on my faith. But you may not be speaking of I, as I saw you addressing Christians, not Muslims. But whatever the case.

You're still using the word "hath" dude... so yeah, you could surmise I was directing my rant toward you... this is AD, not BC, no one is reading the King James translation these days... get with the times. are you a christian? it sort of sounds like you are, but you have a problem with christians who are uptight...that would be way cool, and i don't remember coming across folks like that...

i escaped after 18 years of fundamentalist christianity...man, i feel sorry for all those sweet little kiddies who are brainwashed and live in homes like the one i grew up in...

God could say whatever he wanted in whatever language he wanted and it would still be relevant. Why sugar coat the shit? It is better the unbelievers know the truth than that 'it will be ok' bullshit. It won't be ok and the sooner they learn the err of their ways the better. Yes I will attack those who attack my faith. You can say anything to me about anything and more than likely I would say 'Peace be with you' and walk away. Attacks on God and my religion is one confrontation that I will not walk away from as I commanded not to by God in the Holy Quran. I am usually against the escalating of tensions, but I will defend God as I am told to, and that is without compromise.

Why would god create us if he knows who's gonna burn in hell already? Why make us suffer because HE created us?

We never had a choice to come here? Why make us burn for it?

Thats what I always wonder about when it comes to these christians and muslims.

God gives you the choice. It is yours to make. God says some are destined for unbelief. It doesn't say those who are destined are predetermined. It is their own choice. If you are talking about worldly suffering, you would do well to read the book of Job(pbuh). If you are talking about hell-ish suffering, then I think I explained away your question about that in my first few sentences. It may have not been your choice to be here, but it is your choice to burn.

there's a reason folks don't get your christianity...you lose them when you explain HELL, a place our "Loving Heavenly Father" created to terrify the shit out of us...

you lose them again when you explain Original Sin, whereby two people EATING AN APPLE 4000 YEARS AGO dooms the entire human race to eternal damnation...

you lose them with the whole sacrifice thing...when was the last time anyone fired up a goat on the altar, producing a pleasing aroma unto the lord? people don't get that because of jesus no one has to kill animals anymore...

you lose your potential converts when people look at the CHRISTIANS...by and large, a very unhappy, uptight, angry, prejudiced bunch of people...

of course, you also lose them when you tell them all the stuff they have to do to be a christian, and FOR SURE you lose them when you tell them all the fun stuff they CAN'T do anymore...

you lose them when you can't answer the most simple, basic and logical questions they have...

you lose them when you actually get them to read the bible, and they find a god who is jealous (his words), vengeful, angry, plays favorites, blasts people, a breaker of promises, blasts people, immoral, hypocritical, blasts people, and so forth (the list is very long)

you lose them when you tell them to stop thinking and just have faith...if you can't even explain it yourself, how can you convince someone else to give it a try?

and i don't suggest EVER witnessing to waitresses...do an online search: "christians" "lousy" "tippers" and you'll get my point...
