hello, i havent posted for a while but i want to have a post area for pagan belivers, i am seeing too many jesus post(no pun) please post anything pagan here.

also while i have the chance, fire is my chosen element, and i want to know if anyone knows ANYTHING at all about paganism.

yeah, i know a fair bit about paganism, there are a few of us around here. I post more on Science of the Damned though, since its the "occult" forum.

i agree most ppl dont know anything whatsoever about paganism. its sad really. um i wasnt really talking occult, but i do like that to, are u two pagans?

its not that ppl think muslims are pagan, lol. they just dont understand paganism(i know u knew that, just had to say it)lol., so what kinda stuff do u know about spell casting, im just wondering because i have no pagan relations or friends of any kind, so i kinda wana see what other pagans think.

My opinion on spellcasting, as in, say, wiccan magick, is that its probably inefficient as fuck, if not totally inefective. Every wiccan book I know of is full of "visualizing" AKA Imagining

It doesnt make sense that something like magick would be so easy. www.whywiccanssuck.com has a pretty interesting section on so called "practical magick".

You could also try older stuff, read some of Aleister Crowley's books, key of solomon, golden dawn, if your interested in more ceremonial magick.

Speaking of Wiccan spells, I remember watching this Discovery channel special on some Wiccans... One of them was outside waving a broom in the air, saying how she was going to make it rain. The thing is, that it was already stormy outside. She said sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Muslims aren't considered pagans, but - like Jews - they are considered heathens. The words "pagan" and "heathen" are often mixed up by stupid people.

Anyways, I - for one - am a big fan of paganism in almost all forms. Especially Druid and Wiccan paganism as I'm a "casual" practitioner of Wiccanism.

I, however, actually believe (still loosely) in Judaism, which I was raised with. But, I've found that all religions but pagan religions seem to have good goals but like purpose, whereas pagan religions seem to be all about purpose and no goal.

So, I've found that by combining the goals of Judaism with the purpose of Wiccanism to be very well suitable for me.

What I mean is, most religions are all about the end, which pagan religions are all about the current and I think that, while it's important to achieve a satisfactory ending, we should be celebrating the present.
