Had a convo with a girl on MSN tonight about Christianity and Athiesm. Heres the convo

NOTE: I am a christian, even though it may not look like it in this convo. and its REALLY LONG.

The ending is rather dull, we just go on about the cross and what it really means. The girl seemed pretty biased to me. she refuses to even look at people of other relgions and believes anyone whose not christian will go to hell. That's probb the biggest part....

She seems to me like the type of person who was told from birth that the bible is the word of God. She doesn't seem to understand that the bible isn't evidence of God existance, but rather a claim. But chances are she'll never see that.

Here's something to put through your noggin.

Christianity forces you to believe that Jesus is above you, that you are not special enough to go to heaven, by yourself, separating you from thinking you have any good in you.

Christianity forces you to believe that you are inherently evil, further increasing my first point.

Religion says that heaven is separate from here, and for the most part, You ain't goin there. This creates fear, and is a great way to get people to listen to you.

When I was little my grandmother would tell me If I don't go to sleep, a monster will eat me. hmmm.

Vengance:

Someone does an injustice to you, you retaliate, and he retaliates, and just furthers negativity, so who wins?

On the flipside, someone tries to cut in front of you or some other asshole activity, and before they can even carry out their plan, you invite them to cut ahead. Now you both feel good inside, so both of you win. (Yet you would only be able to do this if your starting point of view were positive). Yet we've been conditioned to believe that all humans are...class? Vengeful, petty, judgmental, close minded, and hence we create this as our reality, and all because we do not own ourselves, but rather since we don't like proving our teachers wrong, we accept what they tell us. We think damn maybe they are right humanity has lasted this long so they must be doing something right.

Yet life is not a struggle, although we have worked very hard to make it seem that way. What with the huge gap between the rich and poor. The very select few minority lives in utter luxury for not doing shit. And the rest of Earth's bipeds break their backs to support them, wether they realize it or not.

My only question is: do you like being exploited?

If not then stop perpetuating the same dog eat dog bullshit. Evreyone has the power to perpetuate something better, and evreyone knows how to do it.

I would like her to show me this proof that christianity is right. There is no proof of god. There is strong factual evidence to support evolution. How can you take the word of a book made thousands of years ago, that has been translated dozens of times, and most likely changed considerably from the original. How do you know that the bible isn't just a fiction story like The Lord of the Rings? What would you think if three thousand years from now a bunch of nutters praised The Lord Of The Rings?

Believing in God is a choice that everone has to make. Although I do not belong to any religon, I still believe that there is only one god, and that he created us. People who do believe in God do so out of faith, because there is no evidence to support that there is a god.

The girls saying stupid shit like "Coz" and "WOz" and "Nething" and putting huge ...'s after what she says, yet the guy is talking fully punctuated and not using any bullshit bimbo slang.

The girl's arugement is weak and the product of someone very inarticulate and unintelligent, and aside from this she was also blatantly stupid because she when told what she was saying is biased she said "I dunno wot dat iz but it duzznt souund good".

Seriously, women are stupid (Boo! Hiss! I can feel the flames coming on) but men are naturally decisive, logical and individual, showing strength in will where as women are more like "huh?" and soft and undecisive and illogical. Their vocab is unlimited and they are more lik "Waaahhooowww!!!" and "its too late to be like..thinking like". The whole super model, superficial blonde mentality is what is keeping women stupid. They don't have to be like that but because they're so easily brainwashed and penetrated (mentaliy for christ sakes) they are like that, so it proves the whole idea in the first place.
