It never ceases to amaze me how hard atheists will try to disprove the existance of God. If he doesnt exists, then why do you spend so much time trying to deny his existance? Shouldnt it be enough that you are convinced of it in your own mind? Just a thought.....

Because the belief in a god more often than not entails ridiculous, unreasonable and faulty logic. That's reason enough for someone who holds reason as something important and valuable, to try and stop ridiculous beliefs that are contrary to logic from flourishing.

It's not the lack of a belief in god that causes one to attack the faulty reasoning theists use, but the knowledge that the faulty reasoning affects others, directly or indirectly.

Also, we are sick and tired of religion influencing things, like ID and creation in schools and people challenging evolution. When you prove the existence of god, we will cease and desist.

If you think religion has too much influence on life today, then thank your lucky stars you wernt alive a couple of centuries ago! But I do acknoledge that religion is slightly intrusive and forces itself/is forced on people who dont want it. And Im afraid it will be impossible to evr prove to the world as a whole that God exists, because a relationship with God is a personal thing, that you can only discover for yourself.
