My wife has been studying the Urantia Book for over thirty years. Granted, the language can be off-putting--it was channeled back in the thirties, so the ignorant and scornful may well scoff at it.

Anyone who takes the time to read the 1000+ pages of it cannot fail to be impressed, however.

Personally, I don't buy all of it, but there is a better real-deal to bullshit ratio than in any other so-called holy book I have read.
