Islam vs Christianity

Personally, I think that Islam will take over Christianity in the next 100-200 years. I mean, currently, Islam is getting more converts than Christianity and there are loads of people converting to Islam from Christianity.

I think Islam will take over Europe. I'm an Agnostic, but I prefer Islam over Christianity, most Christians are hypocrites. Although there are many hypocritical Muslims, there isn't nearly as many as Christianity.

Islam has the problem of people finding out what a non-peaceful religion it really is, though. The more people learn about what the Qur'an and Muhammad really have to say, the more people are going to be turned off.

There will always be angry people in some regions of the world who will cling willingly to Islam because of its angry nature, but that is a recipe for trouble that Christianity doesn't have in this modern day.

I personally think that realizing the true nature of Islam will be the next great thing which will shift and alter history in a cataclysmic way. Something is going to have to give, and it's either going to be Islam or western civilization. It's that simple. The two can't co-exist. Anyone who claims that Islam is a peaceful religion has been decieved. That religion is about world domination through any means, period. Only then does Islam recognize the concept of "peace".

Edit: You're right about Europe, though. Ironically, the once great seat of Christianity is now being overtaken by Islam. And the atheists who largely make up the populations in Europe are slowly waking up to that fact.

statistics do show that more people are coming into islam than christianity. its because christianty is full of slack now. its not as rigid as judaism and islam, where they require you to learn their religion. christianity doesnt require its followers to know the bible.

with this in mind, people just dont know their religion that well in christianity, and, therefore, are easy to convert out of it when something more interesting comes along. most of them just go strait to atheism because it is way easier to be a sinner without feeling guilty about it.

Oh and back in the day, Christanity was so corrupt. I've been learning about it, and popes were getting payed off, and Kings considered them self god on earth. Pff, what kind of religion is that.

islam isn't taking over europe, what are you talking about??? compared to christianity its taking over europe, but you must realise, in europe and britain in particular christianity is all but dead, no one goes to church, only the old, the very young and the people that want to molest the very young.

atheism is the dominant religion in europe, islam doesn't stand a chance against it.

christianity and islam can both fuck off, we like atheism.
